Voxtur Announces Results of Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders. The shareholders of the Company approved a resolution setting the number of directors of the Company at seven, and they also approved the appointment of MNP LLP as the Company’s auditor and the ratification of the Company’s Long-Term Incentive Plan (the “LTIP”).

Voxtur is pleased to announce the closing of $3,300,000 of gross proceeds from the first tranche of a non-brokered private placement of units (the “Offering”). The Company will accept further investor commitments for the Offering, up to a maximum of $4,000,000 of gross proceeds.
