Jim is a real estate technology visionary with a proven track record of execution. As Chief Executive Officer, Jim is responsible for the company’s overall vision and direction. As a serial entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in the real estate and technology sectors, Jim has developed multiple technology platforms that support real estate investors and servicers. He created and licensed the first eBay-style website for distressed assets, which was sold to REDC (now known as Auction.com). To further support the needs of his institutional clients, Jim created and built a national title, escrow, and closing company. Finally, Jim developed multiple technology platforms that support real estate investors and servicers.

Jim is also the founder of ALAW, a leading legal services provider to the financial services and mortgage banking industries. He has developed a strategic vision for the firm addressing clients’ technological and legal needs.

Jim is a member of MBA’s MORPAC Steering Committee, the Florida Bar, the State Bar of Georgia, and the United States Supreme Court Bar and serves on the Board of Advisors for Emory University School of Transactional Law. He has won multiple awards for his work in the industry, including a HousingWire Vanguard Award and Progress in Lending’s Thought Leadership Award.

As a philanthropist, Jim is dedicated to many charities, including Feeding America, Habitat for Humanity, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, The Navy Seals Foundation, and his nonprofit entity Hero Flight, Inc.
