Angela Little will resign from her role as Chief Financial Officer of the Company to pursue another opportunity, effective February 5, 2023. To fill the vacancy, the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Robin Dyson as interim Chief Financial Officer.

Alan Qureshi, president of Blue Water Financial Technologies, the Company’s wholly-owned capital markets division, purchased 5,279,874 common shares of Voxtur. This purchase demonstrates Mr. Qureshi’s confidence in the Company’s prospects. He joins several other members of the management team that have substantial holdings.

Voxtur announces that a top five mortgage servicer and top 20 bank will begin offering Voxtur AOL in the first quarter of 2023. Voxtur AOL is an alternative to title insurance that can save home buyers 20% to 70% on the cost of title coverage, reducing closing costs by hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars.
